L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles, Lake Charles

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was just perfect for me as I'm from Austin, which was a huge plus. The rooms were large, quiet, and really comfortable. However, I was a little disappointed that our rooms weren’t ready until the next day, which certainly impacted our stay. While the service was friendly and made me feel at home, there was one incident that left me feeling uneasy. Overall, it’s a decent place but not without its flaws.

My stay at the hotel was quite cozy, with nice-looking and comfortable rooms. The location had some great amenities like a lazy river and cabanas, but there were a few downsides such as odd odors in the room and a lack of running water at one point. Overall, it was a decent experience, though I expected more considering the price.

I had a nice stay overall, with a great location right on the Mississippi River, separate from the busy downtown Baton Rouge. The dining options were a bit pricey, especially for families, but the food quality was pretty good.

The hotel has a great location right next to the casino with lots of dining options nearby. The facilities, including the pools, are impressive and suited for both families and adults. However, my room had a musty smell, and there were some pest issues which were pretty disappointing. The service didn't quite meet my expectations, especially given the price point.
